This form is for adults (18+) involved with Wisborough Green CC as players or officials. You only need to submit once per season.

One form per season. This consent applies to all matches streamed by Wisborough Green Cricket Club during the 2026 cricket season.

What We Do

Before submitting your response, please read the following:

  1. WGCC may live stream and record matches during the season using NV Play. Streams may be published on our website, social media channels and Play-Cricket.
  2. Cricket is a team game — when a streamed match is taking place, it may be unavoidable for you to appear in the footage.
  3. If you do not consent, the Club will take reasonable steps to exclude your image from published materials where possible.
  4. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing the Club at wisboroughgreencc@gmail.com. Withdrawal applies to future streams only.
Your Consent
Footage will be accessible on Play-Cricket and the Wisborough Green CC live stream channel. Footage may also be used for club training and promotional activity. If you become aware of any issues with regards to this, please contact the Club Welfare Officer immediately or email wisboroughgreencc@gmail.com.
