Junior Live Streaming Consent

This form is for parents and carers of junior players (under 18) at Wisborough Green CC. You may list up to four children on one form. You only need to submit once per season.

One form per season, per family. You may list up to four children on one form. This consent applies to all matches streamed by Wisborough Green Cricket Club during the 2026 Season cricket season.
Note: your submission requires all parties with parental responsibility to have been consulted prior to submission and are therefore aligned on the same response. All submissions are recorded in line with ECB Photo, Video and Live Streaming Guidance 2024.

What We Do

Before submitting your response on behalf of the child(ren) named above, please read the following:

  1. WGCC may live stream and record matches during the season using NV Play. Streams may be published on our website, social media channels and Play-Cricket.
  2. Cricket is a team game — it may be unavoidable for the child(ren) to appear in footage during a streamed match.
  3. Players will only be live-streamed during the course of the cricket match. All players must be attired in appropriate cricket kit.
  4. If you do not consent, the Club will take reasonable steps to exclude the child(ren) from published footage where possible.
  5. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing the Club at wisboroughgreencc@gmail.com. Withdrawal applies to future streams only.
Your Consent
Footage will be accessible on Play-Cricket and the Wisborough Green CC live stream channel. Footage may also be used for club training and promotional activity. If you become aware of any issues with regards to this, please contact our Club Welfare Officer immediately or email wisboroughgreencc@gmail.com.
